All the professionals that make up our team have a vast research experience in the region, some of more than 25 years.
We have carried out studies in all the countries of the region (excluding Cuba) as well as in Puerto Rico.
Approximately 40% of our invoicing comes from multi-country studies in the region.
We conduct both qualitative and quantitative studies.
Our Work Philosophy
We believe that in order to conduct studies in the region the following is absolutely necessary:
- To have an insight into the culture of the country under study, reason for which we rely on local specialists.
- To have methodological homogeneity, which can only be attained as a result of an in-depth knowledge of the regions market research reality.
- To provide an even quality level in all the countries, which implies a thorough training and supervising process throughout the different stages of the study.
- To perform a centralized analysis which, by taking into account the diversity of the countries under study, enables making the right decisions.
How Regional Studies are conducted:
- The system used varies depending on the type of study to be carried out:
Business-to-Business Telephone Studies: Conducted from our headquarters (including Brazil) by our specialized interviewers
- Qualitative Studies by means of Focus Groups or In-Depth interviews: A local full-service company is hired. Our professionals are in charge of the training and work follow-up tasks. Professionals belonging to the local company carry out the analysis, which is the basis (together with our professionals observation and transcribed recordings) for the global analysis.
- Quantitative Studies: We work with either fieldwork or full- service companies depending on the nature of the study. In all cases local professionals who are also in charge of the construction of a database adapt questionnaires. We are responsible for training and supervision tasks (performed personally), overall processing and data analysis.
